Student's Name may be struck off from the College rolls for the following reasons:-
Fee is not paid.
Fails two years in the same class.
Gross misconduct.
Is in a habit of using unfair means in examinations.
Parents/ Guardians do not conform to College regulations.
If the College feels that the child is not benefiting by contributing his/her education.
Parents receive three important notices regarding the child, and pay no heed.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed, to see students or interview teachers without prior permission of the Principal, during working hours.
Parents/Guardians may meet the teachers on every working day after College hours, except Saturday s and holidays.
Parents/Guardians are responsible to see that their children reach College on time, and make arrangements for them to go home immediately after College hours. The Management will not be held responsible for any student after working hours.
Parents should attend the College office when sent for by the Principal.
No parent should get their child tutored by a teacher of the College unless permission is obtained, in writing, from the Principal. Stern action will be taken against parents who waive this rule.
Once a student comes to College, he/shall will NOT be allowed to leave the campus, during working hours, unless the FATHER/MOTHER comes to collect him/her after seeking the permission of the Principal. No application for leave during working hours will be entertained.
Students, in uniform, are ambassadors of the College, hence they are expected to behave in a responsible manner, while on their way to, and back from College.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, constant neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the College staff, or bad moral influence, will merit dismissal.
Any kind of damage to College property by a student will require compensation.
Students are not granted leave, outside the vacation period, except in the case of illness, which must be supported by a Medical Certificate.
Students suffering from, or being in contact with an infectious disease, must produce a certificate, from a competent authority, that he/she may attend Classes, without risk of conveying the infection.
Pupils may be required to take part in various extra-curricular activities. When required to do so, participation will be deemed compulsory by the College authorities.
Ordinarily, a College diary is published under the authority of the Institution each year. Any changes in the rules, are notified in the Diary. Students, must possess a copy of the book. Parents should also check the College diary daily.
Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school in particular enforcing regularity and discipline by evincing interest in their child's progress and by extending their fullest encouragement to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Bringing of cell phones to school strictly prohibited.
Students who bring money and wear jewellery to school do so at their own risk.
No child under eighteen will be allowed to come to school on Motorcycle/ Scooter as prohibited by law.
Chewing of tobacco is strictly prohibited.
